ES960 PRO CPAP battery backup

My biggest disappointment with the battery system is that it does not contain a 110v power outlet, so it's mostly a one-trick pony that is only practical to use with your CPAP. Although this product does its job well, I don't think it's a great value. I recommend buying a portable Portable Power Station for half the price that includes 110v power outlets so you can use it for your CPAP or other devices that require 110v AC power. One worth checking out here on Amazon is the DARAN Portable Power Station with a 288Wh (watt hour) LiFePO4 Battery with both AC and DC Outlets. At the time of this writing, it is priced at $162.44. There are other portable power stations here on Amazon that also include solar panels, yet still cost less than the Easylonger ES960 Pro. All that being said, there is an efficiency advantage to a device like this stepping up/down the DC voltage of the battery to the required DC voltage of your CPAP compared to the inefficiency of using a portable power station that loses a few percentage points of efficiency by using an inverter to go from the DC battery to 110v AC and then using a transformer to convert it back to DC for your CPAP. This unit provides DC barrel jack adapters to fit multiple CPAP models from different manufacturers. Just remember to set it to output the correct voltage for your CPAP by using the button on the left side. In my case, my Resmed 11 uses 24 volts and I had to scratch my head before I could figure out I had the wrong voltage setting. Another Advantage of this unit that nobody has mentioned is that it features a wireless phone charger. Just place your phone over the white circles on the front face and it will start charging (assuming your phone supports wireless charging) Although the size of this unit is manageable for traveling, it's surprisingly heavy for such a small box. I think it really does use modern battery technology but it feels like a lead-acid battery is weighing it down. The manufacturer emphasizes that the battery capacity is too large for air travel, so keep that in mind.

I have been using an AirSense 10 for about 3 years now. Didn't know I needed it until after a surgery, anesthesiology referred me to sleep, then tests, then CPAP. At first, I didn't care for it, but the wife said I stopped snoring. Now, I find if I forget to use it for a night, I'm wrecked the next day. Which leads up to the Easylonger 96000mAh. (Just consider for a moment phones have [****] mAh batteries). 96000mAh of CPAP powering goodness. I'll note, this isn't pocket sized item, it has a built in carry strap. Perhaps the size of a thick hardback book. Included are specific power connectors for the major brands of CPAP in the US, ResMed's AirSense 10 & 11, Philips Respionics, and a newer unit to the US market. I enjoy taking camping trips, not hike in the woods, but drive and pitch a tent, but not having my CPAP the time I tried was miserable. Then the Easylonger appeared and has genuenly solved that problem. More-so, should you want, it includes USB-C out, two USB-A out, two 12V/15A (car cigarette power holes) for charging other devices. It also has wireless charging, which I think a poor decision to have on it. Wireless charging is wildly inefficient, you lose around 33%, or more. So to charge 6000mAh, it costs the battery 8000mAh, give or take. I can recharge it during the day with solar panels if needed. Lastly, a built in lantern type led light that's handy for finding things in your tent.

This easy longer ES 960 pro is a game changer of a battery backup pack to have. It has 96,000 MAH this battery pack has a charging port on the face. It has an LED light on the side that has five different settings. It has a 12 V DC, a 16 V DC a 19 V USB-C and 24 V USB and then a USB-C for charging. They offer different style skins for the cover of your CPAP battery pack. I received the camo, but they also have black and gray, etc. The pack includes a charging cord for every style CPAP. There is the Resmed air since 10, the air curved 10, Luna travel, Philip dream station, Resmed air, mini, Resmed air since 11, air curve 11. This battery back up is not airline approved so you are not allowed to take this with you as a carry-on. Overall completely satisfied with how well made this product is as well as the very extended battery life that it offers. Because in a power outage, it's extremely vital to have a big battery pack like this to help keeping people's life sustainable. 10/10 for sure! Yes, the price is over $255but you have to think is $255 worth being able to breathe? Or being able to communicate with others when there's no power? Having a light when there is none? It's worth it to me! This battery pack comes with a handle on the top making it easy to carry because it does weigh about 10lbs, the functionality of it is priceless!!! This is a must have for the home because you never know when there maybe that time!

Long lasting power and a relatively quick charge time even from an empty charge. Good size for storage and not too heavy for a battery this size. Plenty of outlets for connecting including USB.

This battery power station from EASYLONGER is very robust and well made. It is packed with power and it's all contained in a very rugged, well constructed exterior. This is not a little power station that you would bring with you to a party or work to charge your phone. This is a workhorse of a power station. The front panel has a clear digital reading of the amount of power left in the unit. There is a carrying case provided, as well as a handle on the station for easy carrying. The unit is pretty heavy, so like I said, this is not something you would just casually bring with you. This is built for a weekend outdoors, or for an emergency where you lots power. Some of the features are very obvious, but some of them are a bit hidden. For instance, the front of the product is actually a wireless charger. That wireless charger induced fast charging on my Android phone. It provides 15 Watts of power, and works very well. The light on the product is very generic. You'll be able to read with it if you are nearby, but don't expect to conduct any search and rescue missions with it. The outputs on the unit are fairly standard with 1 USB-C in/out, two USB-A outs, a dc in and a dc out. There is also two cigarette style outlets. The USB outlets are pretty standard, the USB=C gave my phone a fast charging status. I also like the amount of power the 12V cigarette style outlets provide. I have another power station that can handle a fast re-charge, and plugging this in allows me to charge that other power station because of the 15A. I also like that you can change the output voltage on the device. My other power station does better with a higher voltage input from the DC side. I do have a C-pap (a Resmed AirSense 11), and plugging it in to this provided perfect execution of the c-pap, however I did not test it throughout the night as I was afraid it would wake me up if I ran out of juice. What I did test was wearing the C-pap plugged into the power supply, and then plugging it in to the wall. It did work flawlessly when the AC power was disconnected. Using this as a backup for your medical device is phenomenal My only point of contention with this product is the way the printing on the device makes it seem like it has more power than it does. The front of the device states that it is 96000mAh, when in actuality, the unit is 24000mAh at 12.4 V. It is only 96000mAh at 3.1V. That just seems a little sneaky to me, so just note that you are getting 24000mAh of power at 12.4 V, not a unit that can provide more than three times the power. Other than that, this is a great product, designed for rugged use, and built to last. I do think it is a bit over priced, considering you can find devices with the same amount of power that have AC inverter features.

I'm sure I could squeeze more time out of the battery by not using a heated hose and by turning off the humidifier, but that's at the expense of making myself extremely uncomfortable. I knew going in that 6-7 hours was about as long as it would last through the night because that's how long my other one lasted. The only battery I have that can go 3 nights is much bigger and heavier and much more expensive than this little unit. I'm going to relegate this to other uses, like I did with my other Easylonger: I will use it to charge my tablet and phone (wireless charging), which it can do simultaneously. It supposedly can charge a laptop, but it doesn't come with a connector that fits my laptop. Not really sure how to rate this because I do like it for how I'll use it (charging other devices). It can last one night, if I sleep only 7 hours.

This CPAP battery is great to have around. Having the assurance that I can sleep all night using my CPAP is comforting, and with ample battery capacity, I can also charge my electronic devices, so I am not without. We were getting a winter storm on the day the battery was delivered and fortunately I did get the opportunity to top off the battery to 100%, just before the power went out. I hooked up the battery to my Airsense 11, with the included connectors, and went to sleep. The battery ran my machine with humidifier all night, and had almost 50% battery left, so I am confident that it will last at least two complete nights, if not longer without using the heated parts. I have read that some low wattage machines can run for many nights using this. This also has a really cool amber and clear light on the end. A long, or double click on the power button lets you select which setting you prefer. The lights are pleasing to the eye, bright, and can be used as a room light too. It has many ports and connectors, and can be used for charging many items, such as phones, flashlights, and will power 12 Volts through either of its two ports. It is kind of like a built in transfer, as you can charge it, and run it using different connectors, however it's not a dedicated pass through automatic transfer switch type device, as it is using the battery power, however with up to 3000 cycles, it isn't a factor for me. It would be great for camping, sleeping in the backyard tent with the kids, spending a few nights car camping, etc. It is large and on the heavy side, however not as large as a battery type generator. I expected some heft for a battery that can deliver this performance. It has a convenient built in carry strap that makes it easy to take along. The batteries are LiFeP04, which are awesome, no memory effect, can handle deep discharges and many cycles. Voltage selections are 12, 16.5, 20 and 24 volts output. I am very happy to have this for my use. The quality is great! I have several other EasyLonger products, including one of the smaller CPAP batteries, however I wanted a larger battery that I know can run my CPAP machine with the humidifier all night, as well as charge/run other devices. It has a great digital display and is easy to set up and use. It also has a spot for wireless charging, so when the power was out, I also put my iphone on top, and it immediately started charging through the thick otterbox case. This is a five star product, and with it including the multiple cables for a variety of CPAP machines, this is a clear winner for me.

Love this battery backup! While it's designed for CPAP machines, it's incredibly versatile and can power all kinds of devices-from 12V, 16V, 20V, up to 24V. I've even powered my little home theater setup and a portable laser projector with it-works flawlessly. It comes with a nice carrying case and a comfortable, sturdy strap-heavy enough to feel solid but still easy to carry. I've also used it to charge my phone and work laptop, and the performance is excellent. The 12V sockets are reliable, and it supports a power inverter and solar charging. A cool bonus is the wireless phone charging and the built-in nightlight feature. Perfect for camping, outdoor use, or emergency backup. Compact, portable, and highly recommended for anyone needing a versatile, high-capacity power supply.

I purchased the ES960 PRO to use with my Resmed Airsense 10. On the Airsense 10 I turned off the humidifier, tube heater and turned on airplane mode. I found that using the the CPAP for 9 hours a night used about 18% of the battery. Much better than I was expecting.

The only issue I had was the dedicate Airsense cable that came with the ES960 did not work. I contacted Easylong and they immediately replaced it.

In summary, device works better than expected and the customer service rocked.

I went on a two night camping trip with my CPAP and i still had over 60% of the battery left. I made sure to turn off the heating and humidifier.

Ran my resmed airsense 11 at 24v with a pressure of 7 and humidifier turned off no heated hose for two nights and only used up 25% of the battery. I really like that the pro version shows the battery percentage rather than just an icon with bars.

I bought this as a battery backup for my cpap machine (airsense 11), as we get power outages from time to time where I live. this product seemed to be recommended, so I gave it a try. It shipped fast and arrived sooner than I expected, which was nice. It comes with easy to follow instructions, charged fast via a wall socket, and had all the cables with little colored tags that easily marked which one is for what cpap machine. I set it up, plugged in my cpap, and let it run as a test by itself, for 4 hours, with heated hose and humidifier attached. it did so, and only used up about 52% of the battery power. That's impressive. I'm very happy I got it, and it gives me a sense of assurance that I can still use my cpap when the power goes out. It seems powerful enough to do the job. It is heavy and bulky, but of course that is to be expected for a battery powerful enough to run a cpap. It comes with a nifty soft carrying case for travel. Overall, it is a great battery, and I recommend it for anyone with an airsense 11 who needs batt backup.

Buttons took a minute to understand, but otherwise, this CPAP battery backup up has been great! I'm testing it out at home before a 3 night camping trip later this month. I turned off humidity and heated tube and so far I've used it at home for 3 nights, totaling 24.7 hrs and it still has 3/4 bars for the battery. Just going to keep using until it does to see how many hours I get out of it total. But I'm already impressed!
