This battery backup is a good idea in theory. It markets itself as more or less universal for CPAPS, but our Lowenstein Prisma is unfortunately one of the models that don't connect to it. In our home, this will simply be used as a battery backup for other devices, which is not what we intended. I'm sure there's a workaround somehow with the CPAP, but I find it overly complicated (using a cigarette adaptor???). This is my husband's wheelhouse, not mine. We would hate to use the wrong connection and somehow ruin the CPAP. I don't quite get why there isn't a simple socket to plug your devices into, but again, this is not my wheelhouse. I guess powering CPAPs requires different considerations. Overall, it will work well for powering and charging many USB-type devices and it has a convenient mag-safe charging area right on top, so that will be convenient. The battery itself is impressive in size and weight. It is like a brick, yet fairly compact. If your CPAP is one of the models included, I'm sure this will serve you well for a minimum of a few nights of sleep in settings where you have no constant power supply, like camping and storm outages. Unfortunately, due to the size of this battery, this is not allowed on planes at all (checked or carry-on), so keep this in mind if travelling to a destination you were planning to use it in.

I recently found myself in a situation where the power went out for 36 hours and this battery was an absolute lifesaver for my electronics. It is marketed for CPAP machines but I use it primarily as a heavy duty backup for my laptop and mobile devices. The physical build feels incredibly rugged and the 76800mAh capacity listed on the bottom is no joke when it comes to long term energy needs. I managed to keep my laptop running and my phones topped off throughout the entire outage without even breaking a sweat. One of the coolest things about this unit is the wireless charging pad on the top which I have shown in my photo. You can see my phone sitting right on the textured surface and it picked up the charge immediately at nine nineteen in the morning. The digital display is bright and easy to read even in a dark room which helped me keep track of the ninety seven percent remaining capacity while I was working. It feels like a small power station rather than just a simple battery pack and the weight of it gives me confidence that it is packed with high quality cells. I do find the size to be a bit hefty if you are looking for something to throw in a pocket but for camping or emergency use it is perfect. If you try to carry this in your jeans you might end up with your pants around your ankles because it has some serious heft to it. The various ports on the back allow me to plug in multiple things at once and the rubberized grip on the sides makes it easy to move around without dropping it. I appreciate that it stays cool to the touch even when it is pushing out a lot of power to my larger devices. The inclusion of a dedicated voltage mode button is a great touch for those who need specific settings for their gear. I found the interface to be very intuitive and I did not have to spend all day reading a manual to figure out how to get my gear charged up. It is rare to find a battery that offers this much versatility while still being simple enough for daily use. This has quickly become a staple in my emergency kit and I am very happy with how it performed when I actually needed it to work during the blackout.

The manual is really good at muddying things up and being confusing, so I thought I could help:
I bought this battery for one reason: CPAP backup power. Not camping. Not tailgating. Not charging a phone in the woods while journaling about my feelings. I wanted something that would quietly sit there and keep my CPAP running if the power goes out at 2:47 a.m.
This thing almost does that. But there are some details you really need to understand before trusting it with your breathing.
The good stuff (credit where it’s due)
The ES720 PRO is well-built, compact for its size, and it supports pass-through charging. Translation: you can leave it plugged into the wall while it powers a device, and when the power goes out, the device usually keeps running without you doing the midnight plug-shuffle.
That part is legit. No complaints there.
Where marketing gets… creative
This is not a real UPS, despite the way it’s often described.
A traditional UPS feeds your device straight from wall power and switches to battery only when needed. This does not do that. Instead, power always flows like this:
Wall → battery → device
Why does that matter? Because it means the battery is always in the loop, even when the power is on.
So if your device pulls more power than the charger can supply — spoiler alert: CPAPs with heaters absolutely do — the battery will slowly drain while everything is still plugged in and working normally.
Yes. You can lose battery charge without losing power.
That’s not a bug. That’s the design.
CPAP users: this is where things get spicy
If you run your CPAP like a normal human:
AC power (using the CPAP’s wall brick)
Heated humidifier ON
Heated hose ON
…this battery is going to tap out faster than you expect.
Those heaters are power hogs, especially in colder rooms. In pass-through mode, the ES720 PRO may not keep up, so the battery percentage drops overnight. Start the night at 75% and you might wake up to 0% — even if the power never went out.
And if the power does go out at 3 a.m.? Congrats, you’ve just discovered why this isn’t a medical-grade UPS.
“But it has AC outlets!”
Yes, and they work.
They’re also the least efficient way to run a CPAP.
The battery converts DC to AC, then your CPAP brick converts it back to DC again. That double conversion wastes power and shortens runtime. It’s fine for small electronics. It’s not great for something that’s literally keeping you alive while you sleep.
What this battery actually wants to be
This unit shines when:
You use DC power
You turn humidifier and hose heat OFF during outages
You think of it as backup power, not life-support infrastructure
You understand its limits instead of trusting the product name
Used that way? Totally fine. Solid, even.
What it is not
This is not:
“Plug it in once and forget it”
“Full comfort CPAP, all night, while charging”
“Hospital-grade peace of mind”
If that’s what you expect, you’re going to be disappointed — and possibly very awake at an inconvenient hour.
Bottom line
The EASYLONGER ES720 PRO is a good battery pack with pass-through charging, but calling it a UPS without explanation is like calling a step stool a ladder. Technically useful, but not for everything you might try to do with it.
Know what it is. Know what it isn’t.

I bought this specifically for a 3-day camping trip to power my AirSense 11, and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to get three full nights of sleep with the humidifier turned off and still had about 20% charge left for my phone. The wireless charging pad on top is a brilliant touch for overnight charging. It's compact, ruggedly built, and the DC output makes it much more efficient than using an inverter. If you need reliable CPAP power off-grid, this is the one.

I have tested it for two nights without heat or humidification. The battery is still showing 67% capacity available after two 7-hour sleep nights. So far so good for using as a backup power source for outages and camping. Good product when electricity not available.

Finally bought a battery back up for my cpap. I tested it out a few times to see how long it would hold a charge. I have an Air Sense 11. The first time I used it, I had my humidifier on. That night (7-8 hours) it used 66% of the battery. A few days later, after I recharged it, I used it without the humidifier, and it only used 13% of the battery. That was fine with me because I don't need the humidifier. I used it for 6 nights in a row, and still had some battery left. I was incredibly happy with that because I can now go camping for multiple nights and have my cpap. Not to mention, it's great knowing that I don't have to be concerned about power outages!

I use an Airsence 11 CPAP and I went camping over Memorial day weekend. I slept over 8 hours each night, I even took a couple of naps during the day using the CPAP. After four nights this battery still had 39% charge. It will easily last 6 nights. You might even get 7 nights without napping, lol. Of course I had the humidity turned off and I use a standard hose. I only have one small complaint about this battery. And that is the process to change voltage settings isn't intuitive. I suggest keeping instructions handy if you accidentally change the setting like I did. After a frustrating 15 minutes I finally figured it out. With the instructions it's a simple process and takes about 10 seconds. Overall this battery is a huge win. It lasts a lot longer than most power stations with 110 outlets and it's a lot smaller as well. I absolutely recommend this battery for CPAP use.

Purchased this to use in my trailer. Gets me through the night while dry camping. It is important to note that this unit needs to be charged every few months when not in use to prevent any issues with the battery life (follow provided instructions). Great customer service. Simple to charge, setup and use. Charging was easy, just like any other battery-operated product, just plug in (AC, USB or car) & wait a few hours until the 4th blue power level light flashes. It comes partially charged. Use was even easier, just plug the appropriate cable from the Easylonger to your CPAP machine...mine is a ResMed Air Sense 11. My test run was uneventful...all worked normally and, I'm guessing from the remaining 3 of 4 power lights, that it had at least another night or two of juice. I don't heat the hose, but there is no way to turn off the humidity heater without disabling the humidity feature. It includes a nice pouch with room for a few cables, seems well-made and is nicely packaged. You also have to re-set the voltage level for each use...easy but a minor inconvenience. Time will tell how long the unit holds its charge, and the company recommends checking every three months. I would not leave it plugged in (charging) continually. We had a recent 18-hour power outage and sleep was impossible for me. Instructions could be simpler, but they try hard. The Easylonger (where do they get these names?) was far cheaper than brand name options and seems to be worthwhile insurance for sound shuteye, although long-term reliability remains unknown but encouraging.

I used this for approximately 42 hours on one charge. I was really impressed. This item forgets the output voltage each time so you have to keep resetting the voltage. The cigar lighter adapter to get around that is about $45. You're better off buying the 96,000 mAh model which is what I did. This 72,000 mAh battery was impressive though. It is half the physical size and has a red night light.

I ordered this in the morning and it came that afternoon of the same day, which was a blessing! Our power had been out for almost 22hrs at that point. I didn't sleep at all that night because I didn't have my CPAP machine. I selected the correct voltage and it worked great for 3hrs, then went off (hence why it is getting 4 stars). I got up and was able to reset it and it went for the rest of the night...an additional 5hrs!!

Long lasting battery. I charged the battery for a day right after it arrived to make sure it was fully charged. I used the battery with my mini Resmed until it died, just to see how long it would last. Here are my results each of the five nights: 7:27 8:01 9:17 6:53 6:35 The battery died after 38 hr 13 min on one charge. Note, the mini does not have a reservoir to heat and I ran the pressure at 12.

Is the ES720 PRO AC adapter failing to charge?
This usually happens when the shared DC input/output port is still in voltage output mode.
1. Check the display. After connecting the AC adapter, look for the IN indicator. If the screen instead shows OUT and a voltage value, voltage output mode is still active.
2. Exit voltage output mode before connecting the charger. Press and hold the corresponding voltage-setting button for 3 seconds, until OUT and the voltage value disappear.
3. Connect in the correct order. Only after voltage output mode is off, insert the AC adapter's DC plug. The display should then show IN and charging should begin.
Important: the sequence matters. If the DC plug is connected while voltage output mode is active, the port continues to prioritize output and cannot accept the adapter as a charging input.
To check the DC port, reconnect a small compatible device or your tested CPAP setup. If the port supplies power normally, its output hardware is working and the AC adapter may need further checking. If it supplies no power, the port circuit may require service.
You can also charge through USB-C with a PD-compatible adapter and cable rated above 60W.
