I can confirm this power source powered my Air Mini CPAP for three consecutive nights of 8 hour sleep and on the fourth night ran out of charge at about the 6 hour mark. Started fully charged and did not touch it in-between nights. I wanted to see how long it would power my CPAPO before an extended camping trip. It will not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the battery. It's bulky but works very well. Only complaint is the LED lights bleed over so it's hard to tell what setting it is on.
With humidity control.off and tube temp off, it lasted all might for 3 nights. With humidity level on 2, it was dead in 7 hrs.

Charged it up, used with CPAP with tube temp and humidity turned off. worked all night with no dent in the battery. will be perfect for camping and charging via USB on my large ecoflow battery. The included adapter for my AirCurve 10 works perfectly and its so nice to be able to simplify the amount of cables needed for the CPAP (you dont need your 12v adapter anymore). Case is too tight for daily use taking it in and out, so i discarded it.

I bought this because of its pass through charging capability- I wanted to have the CPAP keep running uninterrupted if the power goes out. Right off the bat, the controls don't make much sense: press button A once for this, hold for that, double press for this, press button B once for... Eek, just give me more buttons! It was nearly dead when it arrived- fine, I put it on the charger. After a couple of hours, the power supply was extremely hot- way hotter than any l charger or power supply I've ever used. Then I realized that the manual is just as confusing as the buttons. Then, I realized that the "included CPAP cables" work, but not for the "pass through capability" that's also advertised. So I had to also buy a car adapter for my ResMed AirSense 11. Fine. I got pass through working. All was well, until I woke up unable to breathe. Did the power go out? No- the battery pack died *while* it was plugged into the outlet! Once I disconnected the power and the CPAP from it, the buttons did nothing at all. Dead as a doornail. I reconnected the CPAP to the outlet directly, and thankfully it still works fine. I'm returning this battery- too many issues.

It charges quickly and powers my CPAP all night, even if I use the humidifier and heated hose. (Which really helps with the dry air during the heating season.) My only complaint about the design, which I knew in advance because they accurately described it, is that it's not designed to use as an uninterruptable power supply. I assume that's because they use a single port for the DC in and DC out. I would much prefer it if they had a separate input for the charger so I could leave my CPAP plugged into the unit all the time and have it automatically supply battery power if the power goes out during the night. As it is, if there's a power outage at night I need to get up, turn on the lights, and fumble around switching cords to run my CPAP off the battery. Apparently you can use it as a UPS if you buy extra cords and power converters, but that seems like a cumbersome workaround.

So i bought this to use as a back up if power goes out. I ordered it and learned that in order to have it plugged in, and have the machine plugged in, you have to buy a cigarette charger cable. I did. I used it for a week and then I lost peer to my CPAP even though the power in my house is still on. I am returning.

I have been so pleased with this CPAP backup. It really surpasses my expectations. I have purchased the adjustable voltage cigarette lighter adapter that not only allows me pass through charging for my Airsense 11 but a very wide range of devices charging or power sources. I have found this battery to power my Airsense11 for a total of 19 hours before running out of charge with the hydration turned off but my pressure settings are higher than most at 13-20 so that uses somewhat more power.
I feel all the chatter about too bright of lights is so easily solved with a 1/2 cent piece of electrical tape. The one thing I wished I had known is this battery can not be taken on a plane. Since part of the reason I wanted it was for travel I wished I had bought the EASYLONGER CPAP Battery ES400 AIR, 148Wh CPAP Battery Backup Power Supply which although having less hours on a charge could be taken on a plane and actually sl less in expense.
Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely use Easylonger in the future.

due to a winter storm, my home power was out for almost a week. I thought I was prepared with a whole house backup generator, but realized I was burning 1/3 of my fuel capacity by running the generator over night while we were sleeping.
so I turned it off one night and discovered I just can't sleep without CPAP any more. the result was terrible. so I resolved to keeping the generator on until I could get a backup battery.
I immediately found that CPAP batteries typically run $300+, so I was a little skeptical of this unit at half the price and 3x the battery capacity.
two nights use (heated tube off, humidifier off) and i've only used 1 bar of capacity out of 5. I'm estimating 7 - 10 days of effective use on this battery.
it's not lightweight or small, I wouldn't want to travel with it, but that's not what I bought it for. as a backup battery for a medically necessary device, this is an easy 5 stars.

Several people commented that it is heavy but it's not heavier than I expected. For a battery to have the capacity that it does, it is the right weight and it's not like I'm carrying it around with me, it stays on my night stand. Used it in my RV when camping without power hookups and it was fantastic!

I bought this to power my Resmed Mini Travel CPAP machine for unexpected power losses such as hurricanes and for camping, etc. From a full charge I used it for 5 nights at 6-7 hours per night to test it and it worked like a champ! I did not test it to zero charge so I don't know how many more nights it would have worked but it was down to one light. I recommend keeping the instructions inside the carrying case because it takes some getting used to as far as operation and if you're like me not using it regularly you will need a reminder. It is NOT airline approved. It also cost half as much as the ones sold by the medical suppliers.

ES720 CPAP battery not charging?
1. Wake the battery. If a small amount of charge remains, discharge it until the battery can no longer operate. If it is already fully depleted, press and hold the power button to restart and wake it. Connect the AC adapter, wait briefly, and check for a blue indicator.
2. Try USB-C PD charging. If there is still no response, use a PD-compatible USB-C adapter and cable rated above 60W. Leave it connected to the USB-C port for at least 6 hours.
Indicator guide:
• Blue light flashing: charging normally.
• Fourth blue light flashing: nearly full.
• All four blue lights steady: fully charged.
A charger below 60W or one without the PD protocol may charge extremely slowly or fail to start charging. If no blue indicator appears after more than 6 hours with a verified 60W+ PD charger and cable, email support@easylonger.com for further assistance.
