Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you’re not 100% happy, our easy return process is here to help.

Please note: Policies provided by manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than www.easylonger.com may vary. Contact them directly for further information. All return and refund policies adhere to local laws and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation and a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. No cancellation fee applies within this window. Sign in to your account using the email used at checkout to submit a request.

After 24 hours, email support@easylonger.com for review. Cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation of an unfulfilled order is approved after 24 hours, the following transaction fees apply:

  • Credit Card: 2.6%
  • PayPal: 3.6%
  • Affirm: 3.5%
  • Klarna: 3.3%

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, please follow the return process below. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Return Policy

Currently, returns are only available for U.S. orders.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  • For returns made after 30 days, refunds or exchanges are not available.
  • For quality-related issues, we offer a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receipt.

If your order has shipped and you wish to return it, please accept the package before starting the return process. Returns require approval. Request a return through your account, or contact support@easylonger.com if you cannot access your order.

Note: If you reject a shipment upon delivery, a double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment.

Return Shipping

Return shipping depends on the condition of the item when it reaches us:

  • New and unused, and can be resold: free
  • Used, or shows signs of use: $10, deducted from your refund
  • A quality problem with the battery: free

Return Process

To initiate a return, sign in to your account using the email used at checkout, open your order and submit a return request. If you cannot access your order, contact support@easylonger.com with proof of purchase, such as an invoice. You’ll receive detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your item. Ensure all original components are included in the package.

Refunds

After your return reaches our warehouse, we usually issue your refund within 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been processed. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at support@easylonger.com.
