What is the EASYLONGER Rewards program?
EASYLONGER Rewards is our free loyalty program that lets you earn points on every purchase and activity at easylonger.com. You can redeem your points for discounts on CPAP batteries, cables, and accessories at checkout.
How do I join?
Simply create an account at easylonger.com and you'll automatically be enrolled. New members receive 500 points as a welcome bonus, plus our ES-WELCOME10 code for 10% off your first order.
How do I earn points?
You earn 2 points for every $1 spent on easylonger.com. You can also earn points by creating an account (500 pts), writing a product review (200 pts), celebrating your birthday (500 pts), and following us on social media (100 pts each).
How do I view my point balance?
Log in to your EASYLONGER account at easylonger.com. Your current points balance is displayed on your account dashboard and on the rewards page.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points at checkout — every 100 points equals $1 off your order. You can also redeem 1,000 points for a 5% off coupon. Points are applied directly to your cart total.
Can I use rewards points with other discount codes?
Reward point redemptions cannot be combined with promotional discount codes on the same order. Choose whichever option gives you the bigger savings.
Do points apply to Amazon purchases?
No. Reward points are only earned and redeemed at easylonger.com. Amazon orders are managed separately by Amazon and are not eligible for our loyalty program.
Do my points expire?
Points remain active as long as you make at least one purchase or earn points within a 12-month period. If your account is inactive for over 12 months, points may expire.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points from purchases are credited within 24 hours after your order ships. Points from reviews, social follows, and other actions are typically credited instantly.
Can I earn points by writing a product review?
Yes. You earn 200 points for each verified product review you submit. Reviews must be tied to a confirmed purchase from easylonger.com.
Can I redeem multiple rewards at once?
You can apply one reward redemption per order at checkout. If you have enough points for a larger discount, we recommend redeeming the higher-value reward.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any points used as a discount on the returned order will be refunded back to your balance.
