When will my order arrive?
Orders ship from our U.S. stock within 1 business day. Standard shipping is free; Prime delivery is available for eligible orders. Expedited shipping is $5 where available. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Some areas, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, aren't covered. See the shipping policy.
How do I request a receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement?
Pay with a regular credit or debit card. After purchase, email support@easylonger.com with your order number to request an itemized receipt. Check eligibility and required documents with your HSA/FSA administrator before buying. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
What if it doesn't work with my CPAP?
Email us first with your CPAP model and a photo of its power adapter label. Often it's the voltage setting or a missing cable, and we can fix that quickly. If it still isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it. Returns are free if it's new and unused; if it's been used, $10 comes off the refund. See the return policy.
