The rules for using the store and placing an order.
These terms organize the current Shopify store conditions into readable sections. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Store content supports a decision but cannot model every setup.
Product information and CPAP decisions
Descriptions, compatibility guidance, runtime estimates, images and prices are maintained carefully but may change. CPAP runtime depends on the exact machine and settings. Airline, medical and electrical decisions require their own confirmation.
An order may require verification before acceptance and fulfillment.
Orders, pricing and payment
Orders may be reviewed for pricing, inventory, payment or quantity issues before acceptance. Payment processing is provided through third-party services under their own security and service terms.
Separate linked policies control these stages.
Shipping, returns and warranty
- Shipping destinations and estimates follow the Shipping Policy.
- Cancellation, return charges and refunds follow the Return and Refund Policy.
- Warranty coverage follows the applicable registered-warranty terms.
- Rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Access does not transfer ownership of store assets.
Site content and intellectual property
Do not reproduce, resell or exploit protected store content without written permission except where law allows. Customer content remains subject to the permission agreed when submitted.
Other providers operate under separate terms.
Third-party services, changes and contact
Shopify, payment, carrier, marketing, media and marketplace providers may supply parts of the experience. Their terms can apply separately. The current terms name Hong Kong SAR law and EASYLONGER (HK) ELECTRONIC CO., LIMITED as the contracting entity.
