Interesting

Quite simple to use but also has a brilliant feature that allows you to take two or more of these and combine them. Even to have a drop charger feature built in is also very helpful. I'm quite surprised by the size being pretty much hand sized and not too heavy (that I know of...I left cast iron all day though). It's built pretty well and is easy to get started with. What's nice is you could get another in the future and combine it like I mentioned earlier. It's been really helpful during power outages as a back up so we don't have to stay awake 24+ hours. I find it worth getting even as something to just have. You never know when it comes in handy.

Important to have

I'm not going to lie. I don't have a CPAP nor do I have anyone near me with a CPAP. Like others, I got this for the battery bank style. However. I will say you have everything you need (I assume) for a portable CPAP charger. The DC cords along with USB-C connections and all. Its a good size not too large but not small enough to barely power anything. In the scenario you're a truck driver or just someone who travels constant and needs a CPAP this would be an excellent investment for you. It has plenty of functions but would undoubtedly excel in its primary objective to be a CPAP charger. On top of all that, it claims to be airplane approved. So long flights where you need to sleep and need the CPAP you can use this. Overall, excellent product.

Brilliant little versatile power bank

Wow! This is amazingly well built. Charged from 59% to 100% in about 25 mins. Holds charge like a champ. Using my Dreamstation CPAP w/o heat and moisture AND IT HELD 100% for well over 8 mins (I was just testing it). Love it so far. Registering the device was simple and it extended my warranty by 2 years. As a power bank it's awesome too! Just waiting to receive the TSA/FAA certificate to carry it onto the plane and I am all set! Will buy accessories (solar panel, DC & Car charger etc as soon as I am back from this trip!) thank you Amazon for the overnight delivery! 😢

Reliable Travel Power -

. Full disclosure that I do not have respiratory needs. My interest is reliability for travel and business where power access is never guaranteed. The airline approved capacity removes a layer of stress. Knowing it is within TSA limits makes it a straight forward companion on air flights. The fast charging performance stands out in daily use. It brings phones and laptops back quickly and keeps pace with modern power demands. Wireless charging is a welcome convenience. Setting a phone down and watching it charge without cables keeps the setup tidy. The compact size immediately makes sense. It slips into a backpack easily and does not feel bulky or take up precious space. The build feels solid and purposeful. The casing has a reassuring density that suggests dependable internals rather than novelty electronics. The display provides clear information at a glance. Power levels and charging status are easy to read and eliminate guesswork. This unit earns its place as a serious travel power solution. It combines capacity, portability, and versatility in a way that inspires confidence when being prepared actually matters.

Great large power bank!

I didn’t realize at first that this was marketed for CPAP machines—I actually bought it to use with my laptops, phone, portable misters, and other devices. And honestly, it works GREAT.

It’s a very large, powerful battery backup with tons of capacity. Charges multiple devices without struggling and holds power extremely well. Even though it’s labeled for CPAP use, it’s definitely versatile and super handy for travel, camping, or just keeping around as a backup.

Overall, a solid, high-capacity power bank!

Great quality, works perfectly with AirSense 11 CPAP machine

This CPAP battery is great, works perfectly with my AirSense 11. I got it because I really need my CPAP machine to have good quality sleep, and if power goes out in the middle of the night, it really messes up my sleep. This peoduct has pass-through mode, which means it can power your CPAP machine at the same time as it is connected to its power source, so if power goes out then the battery kicks in (sort of like a UPS). I took a nap and tested this battery to see how long it would power my AirSense 11 with humidifier and tube heating, i started with 100% battery, my nap lasted for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the battery was left with 76% of juice, which is not bad, that means if I ran it all the way down to 0 maybe it would have lasted almost 5 hours. This was a bit surprising because I tested how many watts my AirSense 11 pulls and I saw it oscilates between 25 and 30 watts, so I was expecting less than 4 hours total (but maybe the tube heating goes on and off during sleep and it actually consumes less than 25 watts?) But this battery is very versatile, it could also be used to power your internet router (configuring the right voltage) so you don't lose internet during a power outage, or it can also charge your laptop or cellphone. The size is pretty compact for its capacity, the build quality is great and it actually looks nice. The charge percentage display and voltage indicator are really useful. I definitely recommend this product.

Nice Product

This external battery has enough power storage to help me sleep better while I am on an airplane or out camping in the wild. The battery is straightforward to use and includes the necessary cords to work with my Airsense 10 CPAP unit. It is compliant with airlines' maximum battery storage requirements for use on an airplane. I can extend the functionality by charging my cell phone and tablet. It was an excellent value for the money.

Incredible convenience and multi use!

I ordered this little battery to have on hand for power outages and travel when there isn't an outlet near the bed. However, it's useful beyond a CPAP machine. This makes it an incredible value for something that normally you'd spend money on for only one purpose. It came neatly packaged and took 15-20 mins to charge straight out of the box. The first night I ran a ResMed10 without the humidifier and there was 61% still remaining on the battery after almost 8 hours. Afterwards I used the wireless, magsafe feature to charge my phone. The instructions say that it can charge other devices as well. Setup was simple. The only quirk is you need to set the voltage for your machine which was easy to do. The box included all the different cables needed. The battery size is what I would expect. It has some weight but isn't unreasonably heavy or large. The screen is a balance of brightness to be easy to read and not disturbing at night. I'm extremely satisfied with my order. I wish I would have had this sooner.

Impressive Power Bank

Just got this in, and I'm really impressed with the performance. Although it's designed as a CPAP battery, I've been using it to power my projector and sound table, and it ran for almost an hour straight without any issues. The capacity is solid for its size, and it holds power very well. I really like the wireless charging feature-it's super convenient for quickly topping off my phone without extra cables. The adjustable voltage outputs (12V, 19V, 24V) make it extremely versatile for different devices, and it even comes with bullet connectors for easy setup. The compact and sturdy design makes it great for camping, road trips, or air travel. It's not bulky at all, and the rubberized texture gives it a premium feel with good grip. The LCD screen is bright, clear, and easy to read, showing all the essential info at a glance. It also charges up pretty fast, which is a big plus when you're on the go. Overall, a well-thought-out, high-quality power bank that's perfect for travel or backup power. Highly recommend this one!

Good

This battery works great! I really like that it’s solar-powered because it saves me the trouble of finding an outlet or worrying about how to charge it when I’m out and about. It charges itself during the day, which makes it super convenient for camping, traveling, or just keeping around the house for emergencies. The size is pretty average — not too bulky, but still solid enough to feel durable and reliable. Overall, it’s a really practical product that does exactly what it’s supposed to, and I’m happy with how consistent the performance has been.

Even as a regular 100Wh Battery, this is an excellent power bank!

UPDATE MARCH 16, 2026 - from ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to ⭐⭐: Having used this with a CPAP for the past few months, I've had a great opportunity to test this battery long-term, and unfortunately, it's been removed as a power backup option. For some unknown reason, the battery will occasionally just stop charging (even though it's still plugged in to a working supply) - and then it will discharge into the CPAP and eventually die, waking me up in the middle of the night (best case) or ruining the quality of my sleep (worst case). I have to wake up, unplug the power to the pack, wait a few seconds, reconnect the power and then it starts working fine again... It's only done this twice in 3 months, but that's still too many times. As a medical device power backup, you can't miss the mark here-never once. For that reason, I can't use this battery for its intended purpose, so it's basically a very-well equipped Type-C battery pack. ORIGINAL REVIEW NOVEMBER 2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As unassuming as this battery looks, it is surprisingly capable! Advertised as a CPAP battery, it's so much more than that. The GP13 has a label capacity of 3.7V/27,000mAh/99.9Wh, the maximum allowed for travel by the TSA. Per intended design, the rated capacity is 22.2V/4500mAh/99.9Wh. CPAP use aside, it's basically a DC power supply that can provide 12V/5A, 19V/3.5A or 24V/3.5A through a barrel connector on the front of the battery as well as two USB Type-C and one Type-A output. The DC-out barrel jack voltage is selectable by a dedicated DC Out pushbutton that lets you select the output voltage, or turn the DC Out function on/off. There's also a DC-IN (e.g., for solar charging) that supports 12-24V/3A - I did not test if it will actually support 72W charging via DC-IN. Next, there's a 10W Qi wireless charger on top that's enabled by pressing the top-most button next to the display. This charger registered on my Samsung S24 Ultra as "Fast Wireless Charging", and I did a couple of current tests on the charging pad to confirm a 10W-capable output. It is NOT Qi-2, but it doesn't claim to be, either. Moving on to the Type-C Ports... The unit has two Type-C ports, "C" (or "C1") which is the high-power in/out port, "C2" which is lower power external accessory charging port (with a LOT of additional power profiles & protocols), and finally a single Type-A port which also supports a surprising amount of protocols. I'll cover each of the port capabilities below: 🔶 "C" or "C1" Type-C has the following capabilities: 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:5.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:9.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:12.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:15.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:20.00V Max Current:5000mA 🔸USBC Voltage:5.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸LEGACY Voltage:5.00V Max Current:500mA 🔶 "C2" Type-C has the following capabilities: 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:5.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:9.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:12.00V Max Current:2500mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:15.00V Max Current:2000mA 🔸PD-FIX Voltage:20.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸PD-PPS Voltage:3.30V-11.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸PD-PPS Voltage:3.30V-16.00V Max Current:2000mA 🔸USBC Voltage:5.00V Max Current:3000mA 🔸APPLE Voltage:5.00V Max Current:2400mA 🔸SAMSUNG Voltage:5.00V Max Current:2000mA 🔸BC-DCP Voltage:5.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:5.00V-5.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:9.00V-9.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:12.00V-12.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:20.00V-20.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC3 Voltage:3.60V-20.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔶 "A" Type-A Port has the following capabilities: 🔸Basic USB Voltage:5.00V Max Current:500mA 🔸APPLE Voltage:5.00V Max Current:2400mA 🔸SAMSUNG Voltage:5.00V Max Current:2000mA 🔸BC-DCP Voltage:5.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:5.00V-5.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:9.00V-9.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:12.00V-12.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC2 Voltage:20.00V-20.00V Max Current:1500mA 🔸QC3 Voltage:3.60V-20.00V Max Current:1500mA I completed Voltage/Current tests for all of the USB power delivery (PD) profiles - they are attached to this review. Everything passed within spec, no unusual bumps or brownouts-everything just worked. Real-world Capacity Testing Results: 🔸Full discharge (100% to 0% shutdown) took 57 minutes at 100W (20V/5A) and consumed 4,706mAh / 91,312mWh (91Wh) 🔸Full charge (0% to 100%) took 2 hours, 16 minutes at 60W (pack requested 20V/3A and got ~54.4W) and ingested 5,580mAh/111,794mWh (111.8Wh) Charging was a little strange-it seems like there are 3 distinct charging "stops": 1) "100%" on the display took 1 hour, 49 minutes, and ingested 4,945mAh/99,287mWh. 2) The display stopped blinking 1 hour, 59 minutes, and ingested 5,548mAh/111,169mWh. 3) The battery stopped pulling current 2 hours, 16 minutes, and ingested a total of 5,580mAh/111,794mWh. So, that's weird. "100%" should actually mean 100%/Done, but it doesn't. When the blinking number indicating that it's still charging (even at 100%) stops, it should REALLY mean it's done chargi...

Best battery for CPAPs at half the cost! Super compact, great capacity, fast recharge!

Probably the most compact battery for CPAP at a low price. Kept my Dreamstation CPAP running for 3 nights without a recharge (auto pressure averaging 6.0, no humidifier). Travels easily, super compact about the size of a tall stack of 3x5 index cards, and comes with all the cables you need to make the strange connections required for CPAPs, and is equipped to handle all of the different voltages as well. Incredibly light for how long it powers your CPAP, awesome for camping. Unlike cheaper batteries, this item delivers consistent voltage at all battery levels (0-100% charged). The cheaper ones will still have 50% charge and stop powering the CPAP due to voltage drop (CPAP displays error and won't run when voltage drops). This is really important. Nice that it comes with a quality 65W charging block, recharged from 17%-100% in about 60 minutes, super fast for a 27000mAh battery! This battery is just below the 100Wh airline limit, no approval needed. I have flown with it in my carryon dozens of times. Sometimes security will ask me about it and I will tell them it's for my CPAP (which I also have in my carryon) and they just wave me on through. DO NOT put it in your checked bag or it will get confiscated. A safety feature to know about, the battery won't deliver power through the DC barrel port until you have selected the correct voltage for your unit. This protects your CPAP from getting fried. Long press the "U-" button, then cycle through to your voltage (located on the sticker on your cable) and wait a couple seconds for it to go solid. Then it starts delivering power. USB charging delivers power as soon as the battery is turned on. Don't mess around with the cheaper bulkier batteries. They aren't worth the trouble. You also don't have to spend $300+ for a CPAP battery. Get this one and you'll never stress about powering your CPAP again. Highly recommend!!

Questions that change the product decision.

Visit support
Can selecting the wrong voltage during setup damage my CPAP?
Not while the CPAP is still disconnected. You can cycle through the voltage choices during setup without sending power to the CPAP. Stop at the voltage printed on the original adapter before connecting the cable. If the wrong voltage was selected, disconnect the CPAP, exit voltage mode and reset the output before reconnecting.
Can I use pass-through charging overnight?
Pass-through availability and the permitted charger depend on the exact ES270 manual. When the manual permits it, power travels from the charger through the battery to the CPAP; it does not bypass the battery. Keep the battery ventilated and test the complete setup before relying on it overnight.
How many nights can I expect?
Use the product planning range with humidification and heated tubing off as a starting point. Pressure, leakage, CPAP model, temperature and battery condition change the result.
How do I know which cable my CPAP needs?
Match the complete CPAP model and adapter voltage in the compatibility guide. Connector shape alone is not enough.
What should I test when it arrives?
Charge fully, verify voltage and cable, then run one complete night using the settings you plan to rely on.
