A staple for our cpap travel case

This is perfect for travelling. Whether you are boondocking or dry camping, this significantly reduces the draw on power to keep the cpap going. I am very happy that I got this. I put it in the case with the machine. If our trailer has a full battery at bedtime our cpap can run all night while plugged into the dc port. Otherwise we run it off of the Jackery. And using this as opposed to the regular plug, actually draws less power (as noted from the remaining Jackery battery power in the morning.)

For UPS (uninterrupted power system)

This accessory is absolutely necessary in order to establish with the EasyLonger battery an "Uninterrupted Power Supply" system for the CPAP device.

Handles higher lithium voltages, delivers full CPAP current needed.

Been looking for a reliable DC power source for my CPAP, since upgrading our RV to lithium (14.6v vs 13.2v) melted the tip on the manufacturer's "dumb" cigarette-lighter style cord. First "active" unit I tried (another brand) triggered an error message: "The attached power supply does not support humidification" (i.e., not enough current, and no humidifier is a non-starter in our desert's 10%) so I returned it. This unit gave me my first uninterrupted night's sleep since the upgrade. I particularly liked the way they included ALL the pigtails for ALL the CPAPs, all nicely labeled by brand and model. It's nice to know it can run my 24V unit if my 12V unit ever breaks down. It even comes with a jack that can power my hearing-aid charger. The only thing I need now is longevity, crossing my fingers.

Quality battery, long lasting

It takes a little bit of setting up and reading the manual, but it works. The only time we’ve had a power outage. It kept my CPAP on all night.

Only works in the 24v mode

Works great, however I have to run it on the 24v setting even though it is connected to 12v battery. Using a standard car battery I used my air sense 9 for 6 nights without the humidifier, or a recharge.

Works fin

This works fine. Once I was able to get the settings right and noticed it has its own power switch I was able to get it to work. Bought it for the RedMed AirMini.

Bon pour resmed 11

Parfait pour le resmed 11. Mais demande manipulation a chaque démarrage pour choisir le bon voltage soit 24 ou 12.

Not compatible with either Ecoflow or Jackery 1000.

Does not work with Ecoflow of Jackery power generators. Esther the unit was defective or it's not compatible. Either way for 65$ each I expected top notch and it was not.

Possibly defective?

Not sure if mine is defective or not. Easy setup, and I triple checked the settings. I have the AirSense 10 (ResMed) so need 24V. It'll go on and blink, switch from 12V to 24V and back easily, then stay on 24V. Easy to make sure everything is fully plugged in, etc.

The CPAP will run on this, pass-through, for a while (not sure yet how long), but then stop suddenly. I've tried it out a few nights, plus naps and while watching TV to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. It stops! So crazy.

I'm running this (Easylonger car adapter thing) with Easylonger battery, as "pass-through:"
Plugged into my outlet, with the two Easylonger devices between outlet and CPAP, so they charge up, stay charged, and will keep running even if there's a power outage.

Any tips, friends? Does it sound like mine is defective?

My CPAP runs at 24V, so I keep checking that all devices are plugged in correctly with correct adapters, connections are tight, everything is on 24V, etc. No clue what's up. I even have it all coming through a surge protector, just in case, and that works perfectly with other devices.

First night use on correct setting, 24V Resmed AirCurve. Converter box didn’t get hot

One night use. My initial review on this adapter is a go! It does cost more but i actually like that it has a on/off switch right on plug car adapter. It would’ve been annoying pulling out this car adapter to turn off but they instinctively thought about on/off switch.
I was worried about temperature like my OEM 🔌 Resmed power block, gets warm. But this one car adapter, did not heat up, using my hand as test. I plugged it into a car inlet, using Eccoflow solar battery and had plenty of battery left after six hours. Most of all, i love the USB-C, which was used for time of rest, charging my ipad mini, whileUSB-A charged phone. I will definitely buy again. :). Happy customer for one night of use.
Durability is unknown as of yet.
