Final boss of portable battery products: massive capacity & versatility, but can't go on flights!

Got this as a backup power source in case my mom's machine needed it but we ended up not needing it for that, so I was able to commandeer it for whatever I needed it for. As such I can't really comment on its medical purposed usage but I can say how fantastic it is for other things! I had used all sorts of portable power devices before and the best multi-purpose one I had was a lantern-style camping battery. This one blows that one away in terms of capacity and versatility. It has switchable power output from 12V-24V, making it ideal for my running of portable computers and recharging of laptops and gaming devices - for which it can last several hours. It can recharge while power output is going on without interruption which is now a requirement for me when it comes to any kind of battery product. It comes with many different adapter cords that correspond to common CPAP devices but many also coincide with barrel plugs found on other types of devices and surprisingly some of the larger laptop plug standards. It also includes a well-built 20V recharging brick and AC cable that goes to a wall outlet. The unit is big and heavy, slightly larger than a Steam Deck and very thick but thankfully it does come with a neoprene pouch that makes it much more friendly and comfortable to hold. The biggest limitation of this product is that the capacity is so high it is not allowed on aircraft. Someday I hope they make something just like this with modular cells so it can be taken on flights. One thing that stood out to me about this product was the high quality of the build and extensive documentation, something not found commonly in battery products but that could be because of the higher tier and medical purposes this is marketed for. For the $280 asking price this is also the most expensive battery product I've ever owned but for 276WH we're getting what we paid for. I would have liked AC power output at that price but the level of flexibility makes that much less necessary. Recommended!

Effective Battery Backup

I’m impressed with the portability and fast charging times for this EASYLONGER ES720 Battery Pack. My son has multiple medical devices so this battery pack gives us peace of mind that he will be able to keep his wireless charging devices fully charged if we lose power or when we’re on the road. The charging features work great for most other electronic devices, but I did notice that the 100W USB C output only had enough power to charge my laptop on a slow charge. Overall, I’m very happy with the performance of this battery system, though at $239.99 it is a lot more expensive than other options.

This is amazing, the amount of stored energy and a direct DC connection to your CPAP

This guy is a winner! And I can say that with a fair amount of confidence as it's not the first battery that I've purchased for my CPAP.

First I have two main use cases for a CPAP batter. First, and primarily, is camping. After sleeping with the CPAP on for years, I can't sleep without it. The second would be a temporary power outage. Haven't had to use it for this before, call is peace of mind.

The device itself, well, it's about half the it's about the same width and length of an AirSense 10, just not as tall. It has some heft to it, a lot of lithium ion goodness stored inside. (If it wasn't heavy I'd be concerned).

The manual is comprehensive enough that it's easy to set up, charge, and use, selecting the correct cable for your device. The controls are intuitive, and the plugs on it well marked.

First I'm going to say what the best part of this unit is - DC Output by default with cable tailed to the primarily used devices in the US and even a Luna. The reason this is a huge feature - you're not losing any energy during a conversion from AC -> DC such as with a wall outlet.

Years ago I was told to purchase a Jackery power box, and did. And and yes, it would get me through a single night but be nearly dead come morning. Why? I was using the outlet that was on the Jackery, and the normal CPAP power connector.

For example when you're on outlet power (AC), that black box that sits between the outlet plug, that has the connection to the CPAP device coming out of it, it's converting AC -> DC power. Average loss is 10-15%. So the device is drawing 10-15% more power from the outlet than makes it to the machine. DC -> DC eliminates this loss.

So with the Jackery, I was going from the stored DC, but using it's AC outlet, to plugin a DC converter that connected to the CPAP. DC->AC->-DC. Depending on efficiency of the devices, it's not an additive equation, you could be losing 30-50% in that situationl

Which returns me to the direct DC connection on this device, I love it. No power loss to conversion. Just DC goodness.

The LED feature of this battery I suspect draws very little power, I wouldn't worry about using it for short periods of time. But again my focus is having enough energy for my CPAP.

I will also say that I am able to charge this while camping using the portable solar panels I purchased.

Also, wireless charging is a horrible waste of energy. If you're actually using this as a battery for your CPAP, do NOT use wireless charging. Wireless charging just spams the energy out of a coil where you phones coil, that isn't touching it. 20-30% power loss, if you're going to charge your phone off this, use USB.

While not inexpensive, if you are looking for a portable CPAP power supply, or even a gigantic battery to power something, it's totally worth it.

Customer Review
Very reliable battery, excellent peace of mind!

I really like this new battery when I received it. The charging process was quick, and I have had no problems with this battery's performance. Currently, I am using this battery with my ResMed AirSense 11, and it works exactly as I had expected. It connects easily to the device and provides uninterrupted power during use, giving me great peace of mind when I travel or for back up power. I have not had any issues with the battery's performance or consistency. The battery is excellent and feels much more robust than any other battery I have purchased.

Oh my goodness. Keeper !

This an amazing battery pack! Not only for cpap, but also for various other things. This is a slim sleek size. Making it perfect to bring along while traveling or camping or just as an emergency power station. Everything functions beautifully and effectively. I’ve charged my laptop and still have almost a full charge ! That is impressive. Very good value. Super easy to use. Another great thing about this one, is that it comes WITH like 10 different adapters and chargers. Never had one like this. Offers a lot of helpful features. Great for beginners. Top quality.

Reliable Backup Power for the Whole Family

I recently found myself in a situation where the power went out for twenty four hours and this battery was an absolute lifesaver for my electronics. It is marketed for CPAP machines but I use it primarily as a heavy duty backup for my laptop and mobile devices. The physical build feels incredibly rugged and the 76800mAh capacity listed on the bottom is no joke when it comes to long term energy needs. I managed to keep my laptop running and my phones topped off throughout the entire outage without even breaking a sweat.

We actually ended up getting a second one for the kids room because it worked so well for our main devices. The new unit features a cool camouflage pattern that you can see in my second photo which fits the decor of their room much better than the standard solid colors. It provides a great peace of mind knowing that if the lights go out again they will have their own dedicated power source for their tablets or small fans.

One of the coolest things about this unit is the wireless charging pad on the top. In my newest photo you can see a phone sitting right on the surface and it picked up the charge immediately at nine twenty six in the morning. The digital display is bright and easy to read even in a dark room which helped me keep track of the seventy percent remaining capacity on this specific unit. It feels like a small power station rather than just a simple battery pack and the weight of it gives me confidence that it is packed with high quality cells.

I do find the size to be a bit hefty if you are looking for something to throw in a pocket but for camping or emergency use it is perfect. If you try to carry this in your jeans you might end up with your pants around your ankles because it has some serious heft to it. The various ports on the back allow me to plug in multiple things at once and the rubberized grip on the sides makes it easy to move around without dropping it. I appreciate that it stays cool to the touch even when it is pushing out a lot of power to my larger devices.

The inclusion of a dedicated voltage mode button is a great touch for those who need specific settings for their gear. I found the interface to be very intuitive and I did not have to spend all day reading a manual to figure out how to get my gear charged up. It is rare to find a battery that offers this much versatility while still being simple enough for daily use. This has quickly become a staple in our household and I am very happy with how it performed when I actually needed it to work during the blackout.

CPAP users should get this battery pack for emergency situations

This arrive in the nick of time, a couple days after it arrives we had a major windstorm that took out 5 electric poles, which caused us to be without power for a very long time. It came 60% charged, and we charged it the rest of the way when we first got it. My husband has a CPAP machine for his sleep apnea and he can't sleep without his CPAP and will wake up whenever there is a power outage. That doesn't work when he still has to work as a drier so he needs his sleep for the safety of himself and others. This CPAP power supply is very sturdy and it comes with adapters for different machines, thankfully it was for the one he has but if it didn't have it could have just ordered it and still use this battery pack. He is a veteran so he liked the design as well. It also has a USB-C In/Out, USB/USB-C Out, DC In/Out, and DC 12 V Out so it can also be used to charge other things like cell phones, laptops, etc. The digital display shows real-time battery level, voltage and charging status, so you don't have to guess how much time you have left to charge to to use. The pass-through function was perfect since we used it during a power outage so he was not woken up when the power went out again after it came on for a short time. it has several options for charging, which makes this better than some of the others I looked at, can use the included AC adapter, solar power, and charger. A CPAP machine can mean the difference between life and death for some people because and this battery back up is a must have for anyone who depends on a CPAP machine for a safe and good nights sleep.

Huge battery with tons of uses! Don't bring it on the airplane.

This ES720 Pro is a beast. You can see it next to my Shirpa 100PD and it dwarfs it in size. It weighs around 3.5lbs with a 276Wh/76800mAh battery, it will run virtually any CPAP. It includes a myriad of barrel connectors for all the popular CPAP models. It had no problem powering my Airsense 11 throughout.

It also goes beyond CPAP machines. This is a great battery backup for all your other devices since it includes a ton of inputs and outputs and wireless charging for your phone. You can recharge it with the 20V/3.6 amp wall charger. I charged it from 60% to 100% in just under 2 hours. The USB-C in/out port will accept up to 100W so you can charge it in the car or directly with a solar panel.

The built in light is extremely bright and includes a dimming option, SOS, and strobe. Also includes a nice padded carrying case.

Overall, with so much compatibility, the massive battery, and the overall build quality, I think it's competitively priced for a truly life saving backup. Recommended.

Biggest Battery back up pack I’ve ever seen!

This easy longer ES 720 pro is a game changer of a battery backup pack to have. It has 76,800 MAH this battery pack has a charging port on the face. It has an LED light on the side that has five different settings. It has a 12 V DC, a 16 V DC a 19 V USB-C and 24 V USB and then a USB-C for charging. They offer different style skins for the cover of your CPAP battery pack. I received the camo, but they also have black and gray, etc. The pack includes a charging cord for every style CPAP. There is the Resmed air since 10, the air curved 10, Luna travel, Philip dream station, Resmed air, mini, Resmed air since 11, air curve 11. This battery back up is not airline approved so you are not allowed to take this with you as a carry-on. Overall completely satisfied with how well made this product is as well as the very extended battery life that it offers. Because in a power outage, it’s extremely vital to have a big battery pack like this to help keeping people’s life sustainable. 10/10 for sure! Yes, the price is over $240 but you have to think is $240 worth being able to breathe? Or being able to communicate with others when there’s no power? Having a light when there is none? It’s worth it to me.
