Batterie CPAP ES720

A company with integrity! I purchased this EASYLONGER ES720 CPAP Battery Backup to use when camping with my AirSense 11. We use and Ecoflow Delta 2 Max-0835 battery bank, solar panels and generator to maintain our electrical needs. Unable to charge without sun and being respectful of noise at night, so must rely on supplemental battery use. The EASYLONGER ESP720 provided a full 7 hour night with all my settings on Auto, so it worked for myself to use all the Auto settings as normal. Unfortunately, the battery only lasted for six days before it wouldn’t work. I notified customer service and worked with a wonderful representative who walked me through attempting to reset the battery, but without success. Upon exhausting the efforts of restoring the battery, she promptly sent a new unit out to me that was waiting for me when we returned home. I am very impressed with customer service and their commitment to back their products. I highly recommend this product and company.

Nuanced review. Purchased oct 2025, this review is sept 2026. I really wanted to give a higher review, but my conscience just won’t let me given the reliability issue on a medical battery. It and the company checks all the boxes… except longevity.

This battery pack fits the form factor perfectly and is easy to pack and carry for van camping and routine travel where you might not have reliable power. I consistently got between three and four days of use on my AirSense 10 at a pressure setting of 10 with no humidity.

Unfortunately, I experienced repeated failures with the ES720. Twice, the battery pack completely bricked and became non-responsive after 2-3 discharge cycles. Despite using the device's own charger, maintaining charge monthly, and storing under my bed (in a 68-70 degree house), both units failed in the exact same way. It seems connected to the charging somehow, but neither I nor the troubleshooting department could figure it out. After exhausting the warranty claim process I even tried google and Ai troubleshooting before recycling - nope. Those units are dead bricks.

However, their customer service is exceptional. When I needed to address the issues, their warranty and tech support were responsive and friendly, and processed the warranty claims with no BS. They replaced the battery pack twice with absolutely no issues. This is exactly how companies should operate!

The first couple times I used this product, I was disappointed. However, the directions are quite clear that if you have the cpap heater and humidifier enabled, it will gobble through the battery capacity quickly. So, when using the battery now I disable the humidifier and heater on the cpap machine. In my most recent experience, I ran the cpap for 2 full nights and still had 3 bars showing on the capacity indicator. The power buttons were a little confusing to figure out, but I kept re-reading the label on the device until I understood how they worked. I'd recommend that you find a youtube video for your model. Clears up most questions. Overall, very happy with the product.

great for camping

Bought this to power cpap while camping. Worked very well and more compact than my normal larger power station. Powered my travel cpap by DC port for 4 nights with power to spare afterwards. Used about 18-20 watts each night. Highly recommend.

It works well, but the controls are confusing when it's dark and you're sleepy.

I’ve been very impressed with this battery. I purchased it to power an Airsense 11 CPAP while camping. I was able to get multiple nights of use off a single charge plus charge our phones. I’ve also been forced to use it several times at home during power outages which has been great to have. The included cables for my device made it very easy to get up and running. The single negative in my case is that the battery doesn’t retain the output voltage setting. If your device requires more than 12v you have to select the correct output each night. It’s a simple and easy process and really not impactful but it’s all I can come up with for negatives.

Both my husband and myself have a CPAP machine and we were discussing how we needed a backup battery for emergencies, campi, etc. I searched online and came across several but so expensive! I finally decided to look on here and found this one. I ordered two and could not be happier! The battery life is excellent!

5 star rating +. I’m on CPAP therapy and originally ordered this for when I go camping without electric. I found that I could run my CPAP machine on dry for 5.5 days without having to recharge. Note that it is a bit heavy and a little expensive but it is well worth it as compared to other manufacturers. Recently I contacted customer support as I was going to be traveling internationally. Although this particular battery bank exceeded what was allowed on airlines, this company offers an alternative for that purpose. Customer support was superior! I spoke to Felicity who responded to my questions expeditiously and with complete and very detailed knowledge. I mean detailed! She was amazing! I hope to share this information with friends and family also on CPAP therapy. I would definitely buy from this company again if the need arises. Thank you, Felicity!

I got about 6 hours on a full charge. And it’s too late to return. Such a bummer.

I would like to change my review. I got a hold of a customer service agent. I explained the problem that I was having and she helped me try to identify if it was fixable or not and even though it was out of warranty, they sent me a new one for no charge. It is not often that I see that kind of customer service nowadays. I thought I should also add what it worked very well with my BiPAP machine, and made it possible for me to go camping with my loved ones. If you’re interested, this is my old review.I used this two times and now it will not take a charge. I’m not sure how to get a hold of anybody to do anything about it or if they will do anything about it

Didn’t have enough power to make it past 2 am even when everything is turned off my cpap machine. It charges fast and would be nice to charge phones or other devices but not a cpap.

Purchased an ES720 battery pack. Used it for a CPAP on a camping trip and it worked better than expected—full night with capacity left over. Ran into a charging problem before second use, and this is where this company really shines!
The Amazon support transfer to the company comes up “Page Not Found” but it was easy enough to find their website which stated that questions would be responded to within 24 hours. Didn’t believe it, but reported my problem expecting the usual “3 to 5 days” for response. They responded by the following morning! with suggestions for a solution to the problem which I tried to no effect. I sent another message. Again there was a response within 12 hours. This time apologizing, thanking me for my effort and offering to send a new unit immediately.
It was delivered the next day! I tested it, and recharged it with no problem. All is well. Apparently the first unit trouble was an anomaly.
Their customer service is astonishingly good. They respond immediately; offer no excuses; then work to satisfy the customer.

I think it's okay. It works and does it's job to power the CPAP machine if you lose power, I haven't lost power for long enough to drain the battery though so I can't comment as to how long it would last if I needed it.

To use it though, you have to turn the battery on and choose the correct power setting. I wish there was a way to store the settings so I didn't have to pick the correct power setting each time I turn the battery on.

I wish that I could set this battery up and forget it and have an always connected battery backup to my machine that I didn't have to really worry about, but this doesn't really do this. The battery turns itself off if it's not in use and doesn't remember the power setting the next time you turn it on. So if I wanted to leave it connected all the time, I'd have to go through the extra steps of turning the battery on and selecting the correct output every night before I was getting ready for bed, which is just a hassle. So I keep it in the box until such a time when we lose power, which is a pretty rare event for me.

Bought this for my dad to use when we camp at the race track. Works well and lasts all night. Experienced great customer support when contacting them.

Mine only went through the night once. Only used 3 times. Last time only got 3 hrs.. Wrote two emails with no response. Their support website doesn’t exist. Supposed to have a one year warranty

Powers my airsense10 for several nights as long as the heated tube and humidifier are off. Perfect for camping. I DO so till put some water in the tank, even with the humidifier off it still helps.

Purchased this to use in my trailer. Gets me through the night while dry camping. It is important to note that this unit needs to be charged every few months when not in use to prevent any issues with the battery life (follow provided instructions). Great customer service. Would recommend this product and seller.

Piece of junk. Worked one time. Now won’t charge, won’t turn on. No customer support. Do not purchase. Cost me $144 to learn.
