Great battery for CPAP

Charged to 100%, used with my Resmed Airsense 11 without the humidifier for 7 hours and 46 minutes. Had 59% battery left in the morning. Only had it for a week and used twice, so don't know about longevity. So far, so good!

Only lasted 75 minutes before shutting down / connect to series is not supported

The listing indicates "ability to put in series " there is nowhere in the instructional material that supports how to do that properly.
I have a ResMed 11. Exact unit depected in materials.
Doing a trial run - I connected the battery. The charge went from 99% to 17% in about 75 minutes and shut off.

Glad I was doing this as a trial run at home and not someplace I was relying on it.

Update April 5, 2026

capabilities were misrepresented. I returned two of these batteries. And one of the batteries I never even open return both within a day of receiving to Whole foods. Amazon keeps changing the goal post on when I'm getting my return of my $300.
I purchased these in late March and now the timeline is now indicating early May before I get a refund.

This is horrible, customer service. Where is my money ?

Interesting

Quite simple to use but also has a brilliant feature that allows you to take two or more of these and combine them. Even to have a drop charger feature built in is also very helpful. I’m quite surprised by the size being pretty much hand sized and not too heavy (that I know of…I left cast iron all day though). It’s built pretty well and is easy to get started with. What’s nice is you could get another in the future and combine it like I mentioned earlier. It’s been really helpful during power outages as a back up so we don’t have to stay awake 24+ hours. I find it worth getting even as something to just have. You never know when it comes in handy.

Important to have

I'm not going to lie. I don't have a CPAP nor do I have anyone near me with a CPAP. Like others, I got this for the battery bank style.

However. I will say you have everything you need (I assume) for a portable CPAP charger. The DC cords along with USB-C connections and all. Its a good size not too large but not small enough to barely power anything.

In the scenario you're a truck driver or just someone who travels constant and needs a CPAP this would be an excellent investment for you. It has plenty of functions but would undoubtedly excel in its primary objective to be a CPAP charger.

On top of all that, it claims to be airplane approved. So long flights where you need to sleep and need the CPAP you can use this. Overall, excellent product.

Reliable Travel Power -

.
Full disclosure that I do not have respiratory needs. My interest is reliability for travel and business where power access is never guaranteed.

The airline approved capacity removes a layer of stress. Knowing it is within TSA limits makes it a straight forward companion on air flights.

The fast charging performance stands out in daily use. It brings phones and laptops back quickly and keeps pace with modern power demands.

Wireless charging is a welcome convenience. Setting a phone down and watching it charge without cables keeps the setup tidy.

The compact size immediately makes sense. It slips into a backpack easily and does not feel bulky or take up precious space.

The build feels solid and purposeful. The casing has a reassuring density that suggests dependable internals rather than novelty electronics.

The display provides clear information at a glance. Power levels and charging status are easy to read and eliminate guesswork.

This unit earns its place as a serious travel power solution. It combines capacity, portability, and versatility in a way that inspires confidence when being prepared actually matters.

Great quality, works perfectly with AirSense 11 CPAP machine

This CPAP battery is great, works perfectly with my AirSense 11.

I got it because I really need my CPAP machine to have good quality sleep, and if power goes out in the middle of the night, it really messes up my sleep. This peoduct has pass-through mode, which means it can power your CPAP machine at the same time as it is connected to its power source, so if power goes out then the battery kicks in (sort of like a UPS).

I took a nap and tested this battery to see how long it would power my AirSense 11 with humidifier and tube heating, i started with 100% battery, my nap lasted for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the battery was left with 76% of juice, which is not bad, that means if I ran it all the way down to 0 maybe it would have lasted almost 5 hours. This was a bit surprising because I tested how many watts my AirSense 11 pulls and I saw it oscilates between 25 and 30 watts, so I was expecting less than 4 hours total (but maybe the tube heating goes on and off during sleep and it actually consumes less than 25 watts?)

But this battery is very versatile, it could also be used to power your internet router (configuring the right voltage) so you don't lose internet during a power outage, or it can also charge your laptop or cellphone.

The size is pretty compact for its capacity, the build quality is great and it actually looks nice. The charge percentage display and voltage indicator are really useful.

I definitely recommend this product.

Incredible convenience and multi use!

I ordered this little battery to have on hand for power outages and travel when there isn't an outlet near the bed. However, it's useful beyond a CPAP machine. This makes it an incredible value for something that normally you'd spend money on for only one purpose. It came neatly packaged and took 15-20 mins to charge straight out of the box. The first night I ran a ResMed10 without the humidifier and there was 61% still remaining on the battery after almost 8 hours. Afterwards I used the wireless, magsafe feature to charge my phone. The instructions say that it can charge other devices as well. Setup was simple. The only quirk is you need to set the voltage for your machine which was easy to do. The box included all the different cables needed. The battery size is what I would expect. It has some weight but isn't unreasonably heavy or large. The screen is a balance of brightness to be easy to read and not disturbing at night. I'm extremely satisfied with my order. I wish I would have had this sooner.

Impressive Power Bank

Just got this in, and I’m really impressed with the performance. Although it’s designed as a CPAP battery, I’ve been using it to power my projector and sound table, and it ran for almost an hour straight without any issues. The capacity is solid for its size, and it holds power very well.

I really like the wireless charging feature—it’s super convenient for quickly topping off my phone without extra cables. The adjustable voltage outputs (12V, 19V, 24V) make it extremely versatile for different devices, and it even comes with bullet connectors for easy setup.

The compact and sturdy design makes it great for camping, road trips, or air travel. It’s not bulky at all, and the rubberized texture gives it a premium feel with good grip. The LCD screen is bright, clear, and easy to read, showing all the essential info at a glance.

It also charges up pretty fast, which is a big plus when you’re on the go. Overall, a well-thought-out, high-quality power bank that’s perfect for travel or backup power. Highly recommend this one!

Best battery for CPAPs at half the cost! Super compact, great capacity, fast recharge!

Probably the most compact battery for CPAP at a low price. Kept my Dreamstation CPAP running for 3 nights without a recharge (auto pressure averaging 6.0, no humidifier). Travels easily, super compact about the size of a tall stack of 3x5 index cards, and comes with all the cables you need to make the strange connections required for CPAPs, and is equipped to handle all of the different voltages as well. Incredibly light for how long it powers your CPAP, awesome for camping. Unlike cheaper batteries, this item delivers consistent voltage at all battery levels (0-100% charged). The cheaper ones will still have 50% charge and stop powering the CPAP due to voltage drop (CPAP displays error and won't run when voltage drops). This is really important. Nice that it comes with a quality 65W charging block, recharged from 17%-100% in about 60 minutes, super fast for a 27000mAh battery!

This battery is just below the 100Wh airline limit, no approval needed. I have flown with it in my carryon dozens of times. Sometimes security will ask me about it and I will tell them it's for my CPAP (which I also have in my carryon) and they just wave me on through. DO NOT put it in your checked bag or it will get confiscated.

A safety feature to know about, the battery won't deliver power through the DC barrel port until you have selected the correct voltage for your unit. This protects your CPAP from getting fried. Long press the "U-" button, then cycle through to your voltage (located on the sticker on your cable) and wait a couple seconds for it to go solid. Then it starts delivering power. USB charging delivers power as soon as the battery is turned on.

Don't mess around with the cheaper bulkier batteries. They aren't worth the trouble. You also don't have to spend $300+ for a CPAP battery. Get this one and you'll never stress about powering your CPAP again. Highly recommend!!

A Must - have for Flight

ES270 is a must - have item during my flights. Being able to take it on board smoothly means I no longer have to worry about the power supply for my CPAP device. With its excellent overall performance and high - quality build, I strongly recommend it to everyone in need!

A versatile Battery

I purchased this battery for various reasons, but mostly for Travel. I use this battery on long haul flights and vacations. I use it the most with a Restmed Airmini CPAP. I have also used it to recharge phones and tablets, and as a power source for Amateur Radio equipment in the field. The battery arrived with a 75% charge. Battery was put on charging overnight and charged 100%. That evening I attached it to my Airmini and it ran for 8.2 hours with about 28% of the charge remaining in the morning. For my setup it was a wise investment. The best parts are the great price, it’s legal to take aboard an airplane. I can also recharge it from my solar panel.

I don’t give out exceptional lightly

It’s a battery that can use for many things in addition to a CPAP machine. It was easy to charge and it’s relatively compact, but I have been fortunate enough to not need it yet for a power outage.

Battery good, charger is bad. Also voltage default needs changing.

I used this with my Philips DreamStation 2 and it works well at 12.0 cmH₂O setting. It lasts 10 hrs with no humidifier. You will read people commenting that it only lasts 2-3 hrs when they tested it and they are most likely testing wrong. You can't just turn on your CPAP without the mask being on your head (just blowing full blast) I did this test and yes, it lasted like 3 hrs. But I looked it up and once you have the mask on, the CPAP slows the machine to a much lower fan speed and then it lasted 10 hrs, no issues. But I ended up returning the item because the wall charger only charged to 90%. I put it on another charger and it charged to 100% no issues. Others report this same problem, they are shipping bad chargers or the charger charges the last 10% over a period of days, which has no useful purpose. You need to recharge it fast to 100% for the next leg of your trip. The battery itself is great, but the USBC charger isn't. I actually like this battery, it seems very robust. Only other item I don't like it you have to set the voltage each time you use it, when engineer thinks this is a good idea? I think hitting the wrong setting (like my Dreamstation needing 12v and miss setting to 20v) is a real problem. It is poor engineering choice to not set a voltage to a default and then reset WHEN you need a different voltage. Who is changing voltages all the time? Like .01% of the users. You are going to zap your $600 CPAP device. That needs changing.

Very good product!!!

We were taking a 2 week trip to AZ on Amtrak in Family Bedroom.and we knew from watching a number of travel videos that electric outlets were few. 1 only in most rooms. And the single outlet is well worn and the adapter had problems remaing energized We had an adapter with 4 USB connectors but also had 2 phones, 2 tablets, a 10,000 mAh Anker power brick, a Gopro. So I knew there might be an issue with power. I felt I needed a rechargeable product to run my CPAP. I saw this one that checked a lot of boxes. 99wh, variable outputs, etc. First night in our room, this thing really fit the bill!! Ran all night (a good 8 hours) and still had 25% charge. Same results 2nd evening. I can charge multiple devices with separate voltages. But I primarily use this product for my CPAP (no heater or heated tube-just the machine. There are bigger ones but it seems like most transportation options are limiting lithium ion batteries to less than 100 watt hours (this one is 99.9 (?) so neither Amtrak nor TSA will cause any grief. A little heavy tho. You definitely know it is in your pack. But weight is not too hateful.
