This is a great battery packup for your CPAP machine. I use it for camping and it lasts many days!

This is a GREAT battery pack! I use it with my Resmed machine when we go out boondocking and camping without power. Without the tube heating element and humidity on I used 3 nights but it was only at about 50% so it could have gone longer. With the tube heating and humidity on, it only lasted about 7 hours. It does have wireless charging, but I would only use that for my phone or other devices. I would definitely suggest practicing using it a couple of times before you go out and use it on your own and I would download a copy of the instructions or take the instruction booklet with your because even after practicing, when I went to use it camping I wasn't working it correctly and I had to use the booklet to get me on track. It can be a little confusing to use it at first, but after the learning curve, I would say this is the perfect battery backup for CPAPs and other devices. It's good to know we have this also in case the power goes out at home. Perfect size for portability. It is a little hefty for the size, but it packs a ton of power, so that's expected. It comes with more cables than I show in my pics, these are just the ones I use for my Resmed. You can use it with much more than just a CPAP, of course, but if you're worried, as I was, about having a battery that will last the entire time you're camping, look no further. I paired this with a 100w portable solar panel and it charged fully in just a few hours, which was amazing! It's great that it also has so many different power oulet options, too, including wireless!!

Powering Through the Dark with Massive Capacity

I recently found myself in a situation where the power went out for 36 hours and this battery was an absolute lifesaver for my electronics. It is marketed for CPAP machines but I use it primarily as a heavy duty backup for my laptop and mobile devices. The physical build feels incredibly rugged and the 76800mAh capacity listed on the bottom is no joke when it comes to long term energy needs. I managed to keep my laptop running and my phones topped off throughout the entire outage without even breaking a sweat.

One of the coolest things about this unit is the wireless charging pad on the top which I have shown in my photo. You can see my phone sitting right on the textured surface and it picked up the charge immediately at nine nineteen in the morning. The digital display is bright and easy to read even in a dark room which helped me keep track of the ninety seven percent remaining capacity while I was working. It feels like a small power station rather than just a simple battery pack and the weight of it gives me confidence that it is packed with high quality cells.

I do find the size to be a bit hefty if you are looking for something to throw in a pocket but for camping or emergency use it is perfect. If you try to carry this in your jeans you might end up with your pants around your ankles because it has some serious heft to it. The various ports on the back allow me to plug in multiple things at once and the rubberized grip on the sides makes it easy to move around without dropping it. I appreciate that it stays cool to the touch even when it is pushing out a lot of power to my larger devices.

The inclusion of a dedicated voltage mode button is a great touch for those who need specific settings for their gear. I found the interface to be very intuitive and I did not have to spend all day reading a manual to figure out how to get my gear charged up. It is rare to find a battery that offers this much versatility while still being simple enough for daily use. This has quickly become a staple in my emergency kit and I am very happy with how it performed when I actually needed it to work during the blackout.

Read This Before Buying

The manual is really good at muddying things up and being confusing, so I thought I could help:

I bought this battery for one reason: CPAP backup power. Not camping. Not tailgating. Not charging a phone in the woods while journaling about my feelings. I wanted something that would quietly sit there and keep my CPAP running if the power goes out at 2:47 a.m.

This thing almost does that. But there are some details you really need to understand before trusting it with your breathing.

The good stuff (credit where it’s due)

The ES720 PRO is well-built, compact for its size, and it supports pass-through charging. Translation: you can leave it plugged into the wall while it powers a device, and when the power goes out, the device usually keeps running without you doing the midnight plug-shuffle.

That part is legit. No complaints there.

Where marketing gets… creative

This is not a real UPS, despite the way it’s often described.

A traditional UPS feeds your device straight from wall power and switches to battery only when needed. This does not do that. Instead, power always flows like this:

Wall → battery → device

Why does that matter? Because it means the battery is always in the loop, even when the power is on.

So if your device pulls more power than the charger can supply — spoiler alert: CPAPs with heaters absolutely do — the battery will slowly drain while everything is still plugged in and working normally.

Yes. You can lose battery charge without losing power.
That’s not a bug. That’s the design.

CPAP users: this is where things get spicy

If you run your CPAP like a normal human:

AC power (using the CPAP’s wall brick)

Heated humidifier ON

Heated hose ON

…this battery is going to tap out faster than you expect.

Those heaters are power hogs, especially in colder rooms. In pass-through mode, the ES720 PRO may not keep up, so the battery percentage drops overnight. Start the night at 75% and you might wake up to 0% — even if the power never went out.

And if the power does go out at 3 a.m.? Congrats, you’ve just discovered why this isn’t a medical-grade UPS.

“But it has AC outlets!”

Yes, and they work.
They’re also the least efficient way to run a CPAP.

The battery converts DC to AC, then your CPAP brick converts it back to DC again. That double conversion wastes power and shortens runtime. It’s fine for small electronics. It’s not great for something that’s literally keeping you alive while you sleep.

What this battery actually wants to be

This unit shines when:

You use DC power

You turn humidifier and hose heat OFF during outages

You think of it as backup power, not life-support infrastructure

You understand its limits instead of trusting the product name

Used that way? Totally fine. Solid, even.

What it is not

This is not:

“Plug it in once and forget it”

“Full comfort CPAP, all night, while charging”

“Hospital-grade peace of mind”

If that’s what you expect, you’re going to be disappointed — and possibly very awake at an inconvenient hour.

Bottom line

The EASYLONGER ES720 PRO is a good battery pack with pass-through charging, but calling it a UPS without explanation is like calling a step stool a ladder. Technically useful, but not for everything you might try to do with it.

Know what it is. Know what it isn’t.
And don’t find out the hard way at 3 a.m

Great insurance for stormy nights

I bought this specifically for a 3-day camping trip to power my AirSense 11, and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to get three full nights of sleep with the humidifier turned off and still had about 20% charge left for my phone. The wireless charging pad on top is a brilliant touch for overnight charging. It's compact, ruggedly built, and the DC output makes it much more efficient than using an inverter. If you need reliable CPAP power off-grid, this is the one.

Good for Camping

I bought this to go camping - and so far so good. It is super easy to use. Directions are very clear. And it worked. It used about 20% every night with my Airsense 11 - with humidifier off.

CPAP Power Backup

With a recent overnight power outage, the need for a CPAP backup power source became apparent. As a result, I purchased an Easylonger ES720 Pro battery backup. I have tested it for two nights without heat or humidification. The battery is still showing 67% capacity available after two 7-hour sleep nights. So far so good for using as a backup power source for outages and camping. Good product when electricity not available.

Perfect for camping!

I got this for a camping trip - I have a BLUETTI 1000w battery but we were hiking pretty far to the campsite and I didn’t want to lug around a 30lb battery, so I got this one.

The specs say it can power an Airsense 10 for 2-3 days but after two nights - around 14 hours of total use - it was still at 61%. You may be able to get 4-5 days out of this. The option to charge from solar is nice, although I haven’t tried it yet.

Battery won't charge!

The battery won't charge either using the c port or supplied AC adapter. Display not working correctly. Not a medically reliable battery for off grid use. I sent it aback and asked for an exchange. I'll see if the new one works, hopefully it does and I get it before I leave on my trip.

Easylonger ES720 Bad charger, questionable support

Solid battery but some good things to know if you use an Airsense11. The power adapter that comes with the battery uses the same barrel connector on the battery as the Airsense11 charge cord so the battery needs to be charged via the USB-C plug on the battery instead. I tried a good quality USB-C charger that works great for phones but this battery needs a USB-C charger that doesn't have an energy saving feature. I learned this the hard way after buying a good $25 USB wall charger. What has worked great for the past month turned out to be a USB-C charger for a laptop. The brand of charger may not matter. In my case I bought a Dell 65W A/C to USB-C charger that's been working great for the past month. The battery can easily keep the Airsense11 running all night provided the heated hose and humidifier are turned off. You can always leave those on if you prefer, just be ready to turn them off if you have a power outage. Also, you'll see the battery charge indicator vary between 95% and 100% charge during the day. That's normal behavior, it's balancing the battery cells to prolong battery life. Nice battery once you know what kind of power it needs, but yea an extra $40 laptop charger for the battery to work with an Airsense11.

Must have for cpap users!

Finally bought a battery back up for my cpap. I tested it out a few times to see how long it would hold a charge. I have an Air Sense 11. The first time I used it, I had my humidifier on. That night (7-8 hours) it used 66% of the battery. A few days later, after I recharged it, I used it without the humidifier, and it only used 13% of the battery. That was fine with me because I don’t need the humidifier. I used it for 6 nights in a row, and still had some battery left. I was incredibly happy with that because I can now go camping for multiple nights and have my cpap. Not to mention, it’s great knowing that I don’t have to be concerned about power outages!

A

Yep! Buy it!

I use an Airsence 11 CPAP and I went camping over Memorial day weekend. I slept over 8 hours each night, I even took a couple of naps during the day using the CPAP. After four nights this battery still had 39% charge. It will easily last 6 nights. You might even get 7 nights without napping, lol. Of course I had the humidity turned off and I use a standard hose. I only have one small complaint about this battery. And that is the process to change voltage settings isn't intuitive. I suggest keeping instructions handy if you accidentally change the setting like I did. After a frustrating 15 minutes I finally figured it out. With the instructions it's a simple process and takes about 10 seconds. Overall this battery is a huge win. It lasts a lot longer than most power stations with 110 outlets and it's a lot smaller as well. I absolutely recommend this battery for CPAP use.

Don’t Buy!!!

If you like throwing your money away, well this is your product!!! First one I got, push the buttons, nothing. It turns on but that’s about it. I returned it. The new one worked a few times. Now nothing!! Change the voltage plug in the charger. Nothing happens. This is the biggest dog turd I’ve ever seen in my life!!!! Too bad negative is not a score because this deserves a -10!!

Keeps my CPAP running when the power doesn't

I live in an area without the best grid, meaning random outages, especially during moderate to strong storms, and I wasn't about to risk another night without my CPAP. I wanted to give it a run by itself, and this pack gave me two full nights (humidifier/heat off) with some charge to spare. Capacity is great and it charges back up in a few hours on the wall, and the digital display is clear even in the dark. Solid peace of mind buy.

Awesome companion for a laptop

I got this not for emergencies and general use with my laptop. It has pretty much everything to need for almost all of your devices. I've been able to recharge my M4 Macbook Pro almost 5 times from full. That definitely a huge score for the rated battery life.

Everything is well labeled and self explanatory. Extremely high quality build. Not too heavy for something of this capacity. It also only takes about 3-4 hours to recharge back to 100%. I really wish I could take this with me on planes for oversea trips. It's the ultimate battery pack.

I don't have a CPAP but I can imagine this would fit the bill as a reliable backup.

Has anyone else had this experience and what was the final outcome?

When I received the battery I inspected the package; everything that was supposed to be included was. The battery charge level indicator showed a 46% charge. Per the instructions I connected the A/C charging adapter to the battery the to a power outlet (output verified). The unit did not charge. Unit returned to Amazon.

Beast of a backup supply, lots of features

The easy longer CPAP battery backup power supply is a beast.
This battery pack has a lot of features included with it, that makes it a great value for your money.
This battery pack comes with connectors for different CPAP machines to include the air since 11 and also has many outlets for USB and USB-C plugs and a 12 V car style plug.
This battery pack packs a punch. It has a good amperage and wattage and does last quite a while.
It has passed through capability so you can keep the pack charged but still use your device.

Overall this is a really good value for your money, and if you do have a CPAP machine, it can be a lifesaver when you have no power or traveling since it can be used off grid with a solar panel to charge it or other type a power source to include 12 V car battery. Some adapters do need to be purchased separately however this CPAP backup battery power supply does come with a connectors to get you up and running immediately.
