    Worked better than I expected

We were camping for 3 nights and I was running my CPAP (w 12v/24v adapter and heat/humidifier off) as well as charging my phone. On the 4th morning still had 2 lights on the meter. I imagine could have done 5-6 nights without a problem.

    Great portable battery.

This battery is perfect for my travel needs. However, if you are using this battery for a CPAP, you must buy the 12V adapter.

After one year, will not turn on or will not charge

I have been using this for one year to charge my laptop and phone. After exactly one year, when I was charging the power bank, it automatically turned off and stops working. It is not charging anything, it does not get charged, the light indicators completely off. Poor junk

24v works fine for Resmed S10 if you have right cable, good laptop option

    Update:
I did use the battery over the past week for a laptop with very good results. My mother is in the hospital and I spent 3-4 hours with her each day, working while she mostly slept. I ran down the battery 10-20% during that time under mild use. While heavy, made working at the hospital much more convenient since I was restricted to be near an outlet.

I saw people say 24v won't work, but it works fine if you have the right cable. I used the 24v cable that I had previous acquired and used with another lithium battery.

I did a small test with it, and it lasted about 4 hours with Heated Hose/Humidifer/Auto CPAP running around 12cm. Obviously if I were to truly use this, I would probably use my AirMini since it draws much lower power or would use the S10 with humidifier/heated host off.

The battery itself is heavy and contains too much lithium for a plane. International flights are restricted to 100Wh and domestic 150Wh, so at 266Wh it's really only good for home / camping use. But it seems like a solid backup option and I appreciate the USB-C/USB-A ports which would allow a second use, time away from the house for laptop/tablet/phone. We do a lot of swim meets and this now provided an option while we sit around.

The reason for 4-stars, is the controls. I find the two buttons a little funky and would appreciate an LED display of remaining capacity. The voltage selector should also be LED. I noticed they have this in the larger battery, but I guess that has helped keep down costs, so it's a bit of a tradeoff.

EASYLONGER CPAP Battery Backup ES720 266Wh 72000mAh Power Station

5 fast charging output ports USB C PD 3.0 QC 3.0 and wireless charging: USB C1 maximum output 60W (DC 20V/3A), compatible with laptops and other electrical devices that consume no more than 60W; cigarette lighter socket with a maximum output of 180W (DC 12V/15A); DC port with a maximum output of 70W (20V-3.5A); wireless charging 10W.

3 input ways: There are 3 ways to recharge the CPAP portable power charger, DC adapter, USB C port, and solar panel (not included). It can be charged anywhere. Very convenient.

    3. Does not support wireless earbuds, smartwatches, and other low-power devices.
    4. DC port and TYPE-C (DC 60W) are the same circuits, only one is in working condition, priority who works first the other one will stop working.
    5. USB-A output and USB-C2 (DC 27W) output at the same time, fast charging will disappear.
    6. Can not be too long without use, please occasionally take out the charge and discharge, to avoid a sharp reduction in capacity or even death.
