I originally purchased an ES720, have now given that to my wife for her CPAP. The ES960 works as advertised. It is about twice the thickness of the ES720. But has 2 cigarette lighter accessory ports, also supports UPS/pass through without needing a 12 volt cigarette lighter adapter like the ES720 requires. So far it has worked perfectly. Would give 5 stars if it came with a higher capacity power supply, as I use my heated hose and humidifier. The included power supply does work, but the battery shows some charge capacity being used in the morning, a higher capacity power supply resolves that. But again, it works as advertised.

This battery will keep your CPAP running for days (air mini - 7 days before needing charged). Customer service is top notch. Very responsive and attentive to their customers. Quick to respond to make sure the customer is taken care of.
